We want you to love your song. This Refund Policy explains our happiness promise and how to use it.
You hear it before you buy
Creating your song and listening to the preview is completely free. You only pay if you decide to unlock the full version — so you always know exactly what you are getting before you spend anything.
Our happiness promise
If you are not 100% happy with the song you purchased, email us and we will create a new version for you, free of charge. Tell us what to change — a different style, mood, voice, or details in the lyrics — and we will produce a fresh version from your story.
If the new version still is not right, we will give you a full refund. No hassle, no interrogation.
How to use it
Email team@sungio.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include the email address you used at checkout and the name the song was made for, so we can find your order quickly — and tell us what you would like to be different.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If something goes wrong technically
If your song does not arrive, the file will not play, or you were charged more than once, email us and we will re-send or repair your order right away — or refund it if we cannot deliver what you paid for.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where mandatory local law grants a right to cancel or refund that cannot be waived, that law prevails over this Policy.
